L' Evêché is a huge house, but on purpose Aude and Jean-Loup only rent out five rooms, so that they can give more attention and time to their guests. For example, to give them a good advice for a romantic prank, a cultural trip, a good restaurant or a famous painting gallery. But also to look after the quality of the daily maintenance of the rooms and linen.
Each rooms has its private bath and toilet and its individual decoration, as the other rooms of the house: paintings, books and ...flowers on the windowsills and balconies !
There should be noted that two of the rooms are suites with private sittingroom. Ideal solution for three people travelling together. One of the suites has a second floor with another sittingroom and a solarium terrace, with a beautifule view to the old town and the castel (solanum room). |
At the Evêché, breakfast on the terraces, in the middle of the Medieval city, with the view to Vaison la romaine (or in the Aude's lounges, if the weather doesn't permit) is one of the highlights of the day, when you can exchange impressions and prepare your excursions, while your hostess prepares your breakfast.
